    As part of Cole’s ambition is to be Australia’s most sustainable supermarket the retailer is always looking for opportunities to make a positive difference through sustainable products, sustainable environmental practices and sustainable communities.
  • Strategy
    Coles’ partnership with Evolved Thinking includes numerous collaborations, including projects exploring how Coles can best communicate its sustainability practices to customers and to understand how sustainability influences the choices consumers make in their preferred supermarket brand. Through this partnership, Coles aims to integrate sustainability considerations into their customer communication strategy, identifying new opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Results
    Evolved produces detailed strategic reports as well as dashboard solutions in the HumanListening platform that highlights sustainability opportunities and evaluates the perceptions of customers. The results of these studies have informed the development of strategies aimed at enhancing the communication of sustainability practices to customers, including informing instore marketing campaigns.
