Revolutionising Employee Engagement with Conversational AI

 

Judo Bank wanted a real-time employee listening and engagement solution that to provide qualitative insights at scale. Evolved delivered a solution using EVE™ powered conversational AI. The outcomes have delivered a rich understanding of the role employee experiences play in facilitating employee behaviours.

The Judo Employee Delight Index (JEDI) program developed from this project, delivers weekly employee feedback requests via SMS. Employees use simple animated smile icons to report their well-being.  They have a quick chat with EVE™, our conversational AI, about their experience at work that week. The conversational AI analytics is specific to Judo Bank’s organisation and categorises feedback into 37 topics that explain why people are engaged or disengaged. Insights are delivered in real-time online through an interactive dashboard.
